Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
While we do everything possible to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible there are issues that fall outside our control. Delivery delays due to weather, excessive package volume, national or regional emergencies, and other factors can delay your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all patterns and Quilting Rulers.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Fabric and Notion orders over $75. There is a $4.99 shipping charge on orders under that amount.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery times depend on the distance you are from our location in Llano, Texas. USPS quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 delivery days for domestic delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs very greatly due to location, please place items into your cart to see pricing.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Story Quilts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Danny@storyquilts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
