Patterns:

Patterns are not returnable, however, if there is an issue with your pattern we will work to remedy it in any way possible. Please contact using the means below for a quick response.

Kits:
We welcome the return of any unopened and uncut kit you purchased for a complete refund. Return the kit, along with your information (name, address, phone number, and date purchased) to the address listed below.

Any other item that is not a pattern:

We are happy to provide a complete refund for any item (with the exception of patterns) that is returned in unused or uncut form. Return the item, along with your information (name, address, phone number, and date purchased) to the address listed below.
