If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Due to the nature of the products we sell there are specific guidelines for each. Please take a moment to review our policies below.
Always, if there is an error on our part in shipping the wrong product or the product is damaged we will gladly exchange or refund the item at no charge with free return shipping.
Please note the following concerning our return and exchange policy:
General:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Patterns as a rule are not eligible for a refund
- Exceptions are made for when a duplicate pattern is ordered
- If you have a question about a pattern refund or exchange please contact us
Fabric:
- Mis-shipped and mis-cut fabric is eligible for exchange or refund
- Mis-ordered fabric will be exchanged or refunded, however return shipping and shipping for replacement fabric will be applied
- Unopened or unused notions can be returned, however the initial and return shipping will be applied.
